Hi, I'm Kevin Moniz, and together with my faithful companion Burger, we're bringing a piece of Boston's work ethic to McKinney, Texas. Originally from the South Shore of Boston, I decided to take a leap of faith and start Poopah Scoopah in the heart of Collin County.
This isn't just another business for me – it's a fresh start and a chance to build something meaningful with my four-legged partner, Burger. We may be new to Texas, but we bring with us the same dedication, reliability, and hard-working spirit that Boston is known for.
